CATHOLIC PARENTS WORKSHOP
BRING US TO YOUR PARISH
Looking to encourage young families? Bring us to speak at your parish or group to present our Tired Catholic Parents Workshop!
If you're like every parish we know, one of your goals is "engage young families." But they can be a difficult group to reach — if they're even coming to Mass, they always seem too busy to do much else. And you're not even quite sure how to help them in their busy, exhausted state.
A great way to engage them? Bring us to your parish for a workshop!
Our "Tired Parents Workshop" is the perfect way not only to show tired parents that you care, but also that you want to serve them and welcome them at your parish!
As fellow tired parents, we will encourage them with practical tips they can use to live the faith at home AND at your church, showing them how they can be more involved without pressure or overscheduling themselves.

These workshops can be adjusted to meet the timeframe of your event — everything from a one hour talk to a full day retreat. We've spoken to moms' groups, school/religious education meetings for parents, and full parishes.
These are topics we've already presented on, but we are also happy to work with you to create a theme that fits your needs:
- Overview of the plan outlined in "The Prayer Book for Tired Parents"
- How Daily Mass and Eucharistic Adoration transform families
- Saints who were tired parents
- How to really make your home a "domestic church"
MEET THE COWDENS
Just meeting us? Hi, I'm Debbie, co-author of The Prayer Book for Tired Parents, wife and mom of four, and long-time EWTN producer and host. I love to teach tired Catholic parents how to find holiness through their vocation, not in spite of it, and I'd love to equip your group with practical tips + encouragement in parenting future saints.
