WE HELP TIRED CATHOLIC PARENTS FIND
HOLINESS IN THE BUSYNESS
with realistic strategies to live out holiness through your vocation, not in spite of it.
AS SEEN ON

Are you a
TIRED CATHOLIC PARENT?
✔ You just barely manage to make it to Sunday Mass...and then spend most of your time in the back of the church once you do.
✔ You feel like a bad Catholic because your prayer life consists mainly of "Jesus, help me!" pleas, if you remember to pray at all.
✔ You want to raise your kids in the faith, but you don't know how between work, never-ending activities, and kids who think sleep is optional.
✔ Praying a family Rosary or going to daily Mass feels completely impossible, and you've chalked it up to "it's just not the season" for a deep prayer life.
It's not that you don't want to live the faith to the fullest...it's just that after all your time and energy goes into keeping small humans alive, you're too tired to try.

But what if you were able to prioritize prayer
EVEN AS A TIRED PARENT?
As fellow tired Catholic parents, we can tell you: Prioritizing prayer even as a tired parent is possible. (We'd argue even necessary for your sanity.)
Because when you prioritize prayer, all of the busyness is centered on a purpose, one that brings a ton of peace even in the chaos.
But family prayer isn't supposed to look like a monastery. What you need is a practical, no-fluff prayer plan that embraces chaotic family life, one that even a super exhausted parent can follow.
And we know you're too tired to come up with a plan...so we made it for you. ⬇

"More doable than exhausted parents know"
“To paraphrase G. K. Chesterton, a sharp eyed social observer: If prayer is worth doing, it is worth doing tired. Making more time for God as you make more time for your children is more doable than exhausted parents know. “The Prayer Book for Tired Parents” is chock-full of ways and times to touch the face of God as you touch the face of your children.”

HI, WE'RE DAVE AND DEBBIE
And with two full-time jobs, two small businesses, and four kids under the age of 8 — we're tired.
As devout Catholics, we were surprised when parenthood became our excuse to settle for the basics: Sunday Mass, prayers before bed, and...that was about it. There had to be more to holiness as a parent, right?
So we did the hard work of scheduling our life around the faith, instead of squeezing it in. And the result? Still busy, still tired, but so much more peaceful.
So we wrote The Prayer Book for Tired Parents as an encouragement and practical guide to our fellow tired parents: how to get your family to heaven and grow in your own holiness even when you're exhausted.

YOUR TIREDNESS DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN'T BE HOLY.
This messy, busy, exhausted season of life? This is the most important time to prioritize prayer, not once the kids are grown and out of the house.
Why? Because it's not just about your sanity and holiness...it's also about helping your family get to heaven. We'd love to show you how, even in the tiredness!
